Our salon is devoted to nurturing healthy hair and scalp wellness through luxury experiences and expert techniques designed for every texture. At The Hair & Scalp Studio, we believe hair care is more than a service it’s a ritual of self care and restoration. From protective styles and silk presses to custom scalp treatments and hair growth programs, each experience is tailored to support your unique hair journey. We use only professional grade products like Olaplex and Amika and more, ensuring every strand receives the nourishment and protection it deserves. Our mission is simple: to help you fall in love with your natural hair, care for your scalp, and leave every visit feeling renewed inside and out. Booking Requirements • Confirm your appointment • Pay your deposit (1st time clients ONLY) Complete all required forms NO DEPOSIT + NO FORMS = NO APPOINTMENT $40 squeeze in fee for Sundays/Mondays or after hours requests. If you’re sick or symptomatic, please reschedule. Arriving sick = cancellation. Deposits & Payments • Deposit due within 24 hrs or appointment is cancelled • Non-refundable; transferable if rescheduled • Pay with cash, card on file, tap, Zelle, Apple Pay • Afterpay/Klarna available with added fee Hair & Scalp Notice If you have hair loss, buildup, scalp issues, or health concerns, book a consultation first. Consultation cannot be same day. Cuts, wounds, bumps = appointment cannot be serviced. Color Service Notice ALL color clients must contact me at least 2 days prior to your appointment for a required consultation and service review. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and a 50% charge. No-Show and Late Cancellations within the 24 hour period will be a 50% charge! NO-Shows will have to pay full price upfront to book! NO-Refunds are Offered for Cancellations! Refund will be Transferred for Rescheduled Appointments !

I began my journey in 2022, starting out with braids and quickly discovering my passion for scalp health, natural hair care, and protective styling. What started as a love for styling has grown into a purpose helping clients heal their hair, restore their confidence, and embrace their natural texture with pride. My specialty is Growth & Retention by Silk Press. At Kairos Meraki, every service is rooted in intentional care, using trusted professional brands like Olaplex, Amika and more to nourish, protect, and grow your hair from the scalp up. My goal is to provide a calm, rejuvenating experience where your hair is cared for and your crown is celebrated. Healthy hair isn’t a trend it’s a lifestyle.
